Come celebrate the birth of King Jesus at our Annual Drive-Thru Living Nativity. This is a free event (donations welcome). For over a decade, our community has welcomed the holiday season with a tradition for families across the Chicago area. Slowly drive through the scenes in your car and learn about the birth of Jesus.
Starts on Friday, December 19th, from 7–8 PM. See it again on Saturday, December 20th, from 6–7 PM.
From the comfort of your car, the drive takes you through live scenes of the Christmas story, narrated through tracks designed for every scene. At the heart of it is the manger, where Mary and Joseph cradle the newborn King, joined by the wise men and other figures.
Hot chocolate and freshly baked cookies are complimentary. The church describes the event as ranked among the top 5 places to be in Chicago for the holidays, and as a family-friendly drive-through. Drive in, tune in to the audio track on your phone, and stay in your vehicle.
